Bout to upgrade from a zx6e to gsxr1300..saw a deal on ebay from a dealership saying $9675. 00, in Bellaire, OH..Called and they said it could be shipped for 10,050..locally they are going for average 10,9 plus rip off mark ups. what do yall think? also is there any issues with the 05 busa i should be aware of?

how long have you been riding, you might want something smaller and more fun like a 750 or 1000

I went from an R6 to the BUsa....my wife(first time rider)fot one too on the same night...She's a little nervous about hers.Mine has 249 miles...hers has 6.I just got my Yoshi's,and we each have frame sliders! Ride hard,or go home.

Headlight will probably be out of whack. Make sure the dealer sets it up properly.

Do the kickstand mod. (Grind a 1/8 inch notch where stand goes against the stoppers).

The windshield may rattle - take it out and shim it with black tape.

Drop the oil at 100 miles!!! and again at 600 of course.

Don't use Fram filters.

Not much else to say. These bikes rock.
