Ok so the clutch was slipping on my bike . Purchased new discs and replaced them .. I set the push rod screwed it in till I felt resistance then backed out a quarter with the cable in on the lower the handle was sloppy loose so I adjusted it out till it was tight with the handle adjustment in . But I can't get the clutch to disengage for anything .. If u try to start it the bike moves and it won't start .. Wtf help any tips or ideas ?

Push rod adjustment was wrong . Backed out and screwed in until the washer started to lift tightened it down and perfect
