I have a 06 gsxr 750. Was doing th clutch plates and leaning the motorcycle over to the right and a long rod came out with crosses on both ends. Any idea where it go’s back?

I feel you trust me I do so I pushed it in the middle of the basket and turned it and felt like it was locked back in. But then my clutch would engage or disengage like something else was not put on

I have no idea what you're saying, but it's obviously problematic. Open your service manual up and recheck everything you touched.

there it is #26 on your fiche file it goes dead center in the basket case.. its the clutch push rod
