I have said before. Civics/Acuras/imports WHEN TUNED PROPERLY are badass.

Anything "tuned properly"/drowned in money is badass.

You can pour some money into a PT Cruiser and make it run 11's in the 1/4.

11 only? any car tune right can make it run 11 with the money you put into it. If it is all stock with all the stock trimmings, and it is running below 10, then i call that impressive.
