Chinging sound when riding???? 04 600

When I'm out cruising....sometimes when I tilt my head to the side...it sounds like a chinging sound coming from the back tire...or just from the back somewhere. Anyone hear the same thing on their bike....it doesn't really sound like something serious...I think it might just be normal.....but wanna confirm that it's not only me.

Make sure it's properly adjusted.
Chain slap gets louder as the slack increases.

I agree 100%! Check the slack!

I too notice that sound sometimes, not always but my buddy always points it out to me. It dont happen every time im out but it almost sounds like a serious brake squeal, however no lag in speed??? I was thinking maybe bearing but I dont think the tire would spin as free as it does if it were a bearing. Any ideas besides possibly chain slack?
My chain was squeeking lately, cause = lack of lube.
