I have k8 and ordered some adjustable clipons. Now master cylinder banjo is blocking adjustment, and i was wondering can I just rotate it so it wouldn't interfere. There is this small rod to keep it on one position, oem cable propably. I was tho king of grinding it of and rotation the banjo, but as this is new for me I gotta ask can oem banjo be rotated in my Gsx-r?

They can. Most castings have a tab that stop the fitting from rotating as you tighten the banjo bolt. I've stuck a screwdriver in that space and tightened the bolt so it stays where I want it. You need to make sure it's not going to rub anywhere though.

Proper clearance is the #1 issue but if your lines are thirteen years old, this would be a good time to replace them with some aftermarket lines that don't have the lug.

It's not clear what your adjustable clipons are about but a different length line may be appropriate. Many (most?) manufacturers will make custom length lines. But you need to proceed carefully in determining the length.
