Changing Exhaust silencer on 2002 GSX R600

I am looking at changing the original Suzuki exhaust silencer on my 2002 fuel injected K2 GSX R600 to one like this. Can I just bolt on and go?

You might need a new muffler-to-exhaust pipe gasket or other attaching hardware but it should otherwise be bolt on and go.

Who makes that rear axle slider?

PUIG makes one like that but it's black.
