I’m replacing the cam chain tensioner on my k5 600. I’m looking for opinions on which cct I should go with, a new oem suzuki tensioner or a aftermarket manual tensioner from APE or PSR. Bike starts up and runs fine and rides great through all of the rpms but at idle it will start loping and then Go back to a smooth idle and back to loping. There is a chatter noise from the right side of the motor as well so I decided to start with a cct since that’s what a lot of other people have done and the part is inexpensive itself so I have no problem starting with this.
