Hi guys so I bought a gsr600 few days ago and after two days FI code shown i checked the harness and it seemed like the previous owner got his own ground connection

it is working fine but the bike keep jogging in high rpm the tank is a bit rusty from inside. I cleaned the throttles but no different the RPM is not steady. So any ideas?
BTW there’s no motorcycle garage in my city so i have to do it myself.
any help i cant wait to ride it again

Don't know the climate in your parts, but 1100rpm is fine when warm for a 600/750
If you happen to be in a colder area, it's no shame to bump it to 10% of the RPM's when cold (and off cold start)

What year? Is that a dent in a frame rail? It doesn't look encouraging. I also don't know what that snarl of grey/tan stuff is below it. Or is it dirt that needs to be cleaned off? You should have traced the lead to see where it goes/went. Removing the splice leaves bare copper wiring that needs to be covered to prevent shorts and corrosion. It ought to be possible to remove the contact from the connector body and slide some heat shrink tubing over the contact to the exposed copper.

^I don't know what's going on but your flag emoji has changed from what it was on Aug. 1. 45° C is hard for me to comprehend. I wilt at 38° C / 100° F.
