I just had a tire installed on my front wheel (gsxr750 '17) and now that I've installed wheel back on bike when I spin wheel by hand or even when bike is off stands and I'm in neutral the bike is restricted from rolling freely

Sometimes the calipers don’t line up right. You can try loosening every thing up and then before you tighten up the calipers completely, spin the wheel grab a handful or brake and hold, tighten, spin again, brake, tighten and then a 3rd time til it’s done.

Follow this front wheel installation procedure recommended by this motorcycle guru Dave Moss, the Aprilia front wheel setup is very similar to our gsxr's, you will get the best wheel and caliper alignment possible, remember the forks also need to be properly aligned
