what's your usual meals like? I've been trying to loose fat and put on more muscle

Sent from Motorcycle.com App

Breakfast:
Egg whites or regular eggs - usually 4 cooked anyway in olive oil
Low sugar cereal with almond milk (lactose intolerant) - 1 cup cereal
1 cup of coffee

Snack:
Almonds or banana or a small portion of what I'd eat for lunch.

Lunch:
Deli-chicken sandwich with spinach or other spring mix veggies
or
Leftover chicken usually with rice or mashed potatoes
or
whatever leftovers my wife cooked the day before (she cooks healthy and works out with me).

Snack:
green apple or banana or cereal again

Dinner:
Chicken prepared in many different ways
or
A vegetarian meal.
Red meat is eaten maybe once a week.
Plus
A salad and veggies

Casein protein before bed. Casein is a slow digesting protein.

Protein and creatine after workout.

Plenty of water throughout the day. Very little sodas and other foods that contain high levels of sugar.

Pretty much no alcohol at all, unless I end up at SVS's house. :fact

Another point to make, do not weigh yourself often. The tape measure will give you a more accurate picture of what is happening to your body. Body weight can change from day-to-day. Women should especially stay off the scale; the tape measure will tell you more.

I weigh myself once a month and tape to keep a record of what is working or what may need more work.

If you have any questions let me know. I am not certified yet, but I have been studying the material for Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, both through the NSCA. I practice what I learn, and learned through the years, it works. (Sounds like an infomercial :facepalm) :lol
