My the bike reds turn on fuel pump turns on bit it won't kick over

We need more information. Which bike ? Post your question in the correct Sub Forum.
You would start with the battery, like on any vehicle. You then have to check down the line of all the bikes systems. The Service Manual will help you step by step.
