I have a 2001 GSXR 1000 and I had took off the back rim for about a weak to get it straightened, I put the rim back on and now the back break lever won’t return. I tried bleeding the brake and that didn’t do anything, any suggestions or tips on how to bleed the break (maybe I did it wrong).

I would try, if the brake pedal its self moves freely but don't return, could just be the return spring.
If the brake pedal is hard to move up and down, (it should move very freely ) I would look at the mechanical moving parts, (brake pedal, and linkage etc.). Make sure they are not bent, broke, or rubbing. If that looks ok,you probably need to remove the brake pedal and clean and lubricate the pivot shaft that the brake pedal pivots on.
Hope this helps you, have a good one!!!
you might want to adjust your rear brake light switch when you get the brakes fixed.
