pipe is nice, fit and finish is nice

they even grind down the inner welds so the flow is smooth

but I got a problem, the can is hitting the swingarm!

but to be fair, my swingarm has some gouges from where the mounting bolt for the stock exhaust has contacted it

so I was thinking that the bracket was bent in a bit.

I tried to use some washers or a spacer, but even using a 1 inch spacer it still is too close for comfort

anybody else have this problem?

Thanks K

I found one of the problems:

the aluminum bracket that hold the can is also the rear passenger footpeg mount. so when weight is apllied to the pass. peg it causes the mount to flex the frame and bend in towards the arm.

I just used a cople of washers behind the lower two mounting points for the bracket and let the top one pull in without washers behind it.

Voila! the bracket now sticks out more and the pipe clears the arm!

Will have to see what the 92 arm is shaped like when it comes, hopefully it will offer a bit more clearance.
