I know this has been brought up before, but I did'nt really pay to much attention so forgive me for asking again
I'm going to replace my chain & sprockets on my 86 750 tommorrow. It has a 530 w/15-42 on it now. (I believe that is stock)
Sport Rider magizine had a article on refreshing a 86 750 in their Oct 01 issue. They used a "520" D.I.D. vm x ring chain. Is this 520 conversion the way to go? If so, why? Is the 520 lighter? Is it as strong as a 530?
