will they litrally bolt straight on, and can you keep the original disks (diameter???) and also will the original master cylinder/piston be o.k.?

You keep your original brake disk but may have to change master cylinders to the 5/8" diameter master cylinder.

You can find out which diameter master cylinder by unbolting the assembly from the bar and looking at the side of it that faces the bar, it will have the bore diameter stamped on it there.

From exactly what years will the 6 piston calipers bolt onto my 91 750? And I also read somewhere that the 6 piston calipers from the Kawi ZX's are the same also, does anyone know for a fact that this is true. I just want to be absolutly sure befor I drop the cash.
