Ams 1000

I need to make choice on these system the right I understand.The system on the left and I guess that the solinoid to left of the Ams I don't see how it hooks up and look like been cut I just don't know enough about it and the sensor on the right of it can someone explain to me .I know I have to get rnl wiring I have standalone ecu but found out that I can use the Ams to control boost bike does have secondary injectors was told the ecu will run them without microtech the Ams setup on the left I can get lot cheaper I know has to be newer style.The one on the right is more but seller willing to add rnl wiring 3 bar sensor and 100 psi sensor.

. I had no choice now I had to buy the system on the left that all it comes with anybody knows where to get parts like the fitting on psi sensor clip on and the solinoid I have no idea I don't see this setup anywhere I see where Get wires that it?????
...,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Thank you for download I already found I just don't understand.I found connection wire to psi sensor but I don't know what psi it is yet tell I receive it.I found on Paradise Racing site I can get nrl wiring and solinoid wire hook up $50.00 other site want you to pay shipping $30.00 for psi wire $30.00 shipping.$25.00 nrl then shipping but I just can't figure out what kind box that is if that the solinoid comes with that box and how to hook on either sites also need to get 3 bar sensor was told gm 3 bar would work I don't know I see where to get wiring diagram but I also see that controller for boost by shifting if I need it or not?I just to learn more about it I already have tial wastegate but don't know how much spring I need to put in it.What else I need to hook up to boost controller do I need arf to get right air fuel ratio with gauge hook up to exhaust?I have fmu just need more information.

Slowly getting it still waiting on headers.Im getting wego111 hope I can find rest plumbing for Ams at graingers.I have billet clutch case and have to figure out how to fit 08 cluster bracket work on 04.I didn't want to do it but I got arm.My back so bad I can't take the sharp turns anymore.So I lengthen it little bit 63-68 I think.Friend giving me extension for brake line.I have to put my old 04 bearing out of mine.Add some length to my chain.I have to pull the motor I just put in can't fix it in bike.I have to take out split the case take apart.Mainly I need the frame empty to do cleaning and some sand blasting.Get all that done I can paint start putting 08 wiring in,I'm going pull 04 harness when I pull motor.Then try to wire much I can I have motor,tires,shocks everything to put on.Hopefully headers will be done and I have whole turbo system put on I have billet injectors fuel rail with 68lb injectors top bottom stock but also have 90lb if I need to adjust.I have lot of stuff I have to put on.I just didn't mention all to much to list maybe I'll just keep adding on to this.

Hey Mike,take it easy with your back brother....
Just a few basic tips that I hope help you out&save you time/frustration:

More than likely you'll need heavy duty poly line for the AMS unit,the typical poly line for an air-shifter will get too hot and burst.
If you're running the AMS with CO2(more accurate&quicker) instead of manifold pressure,when a poly line bursts from the heat you entire bottle of CO2 will be empty in a few seconds and your AMS is dead in the water. Use braided nitrous lines w -AN fittings.

Also,that 8"+ over arm is going to cause traction issues when you start to put down big power;what shock are you using? Typically 6" over is the limit for the street;anything longer will have the rear tire fighting for traction on the big end.

Wego 3 is tits,I have on on my Gen1 :thumbup

Lastly,you may want to look into a stator upgrade. The AMS,Wego,Microtech&the cooling fan(worse if you have 2 fans) create a large parasitic draw on the battery and it'll end up leaving you stranded w a dead battery...especially if you're riding around at low rpm;stator only charges the battery past 5k rpm. It's definitely an issue,the more electronics the bike has the greater the chance of killing the battery. Ask me how I know :hammer

Thanks Rob yes I am pushing it working on both bikes.I don't run co2 because I do want mostly make into street bike.Dont want mess with filling co2 all the time and don't know about them really.I was just trying to figured where to get the heavy duty line for Ams and connections. I have the slip lock fitting on end show you pic.I see I need get braided nitrous line fitting I don't know where to get to fit Ams connections ,what about solinoids with fitting there plastic I need all to fit to psi sensor also.....On the arm not sure what size it I think 63-68 I think it old hardcore arm.You know I want to go with stock arm but I thought about my back.I can't take curves no more hard and I do need the bike to stay on ground much as possible.I have Race tech right now but going switch out for my ohlin.I wanted try m2 but have to hold off.My bike strap down and lowered.It just big mess right now.I have to take old motor back out again because I need split the case.See what going wrong on it.Im just going Concentrate stripping bike down cleaning heck out of it.Sand blast Lot stuff even before putting 08 harness in.Going take 04 harness same time as motor.Take shells sub frame,arm everything...,,,,,,,I have woodland stator don't know if that going be enough .Also was goin hook up forgot what it call act like ballast save charge.Cant think right now I show pic of that........Thanks for links I will check out soon as I can.Im writing this fast have to get market .I really did it this time falling on back again .I hope I didn't mess up more did X-ray emergency room but you that nothing ,back doctor supposed schedule another MRI see what I mess up.........Talking about lines I have to make fuel lines also with connections.I know for sure top injectors 68lbs .I was wondering should I get 90lb....Bottom I think Stock but some kind of work on to them.I try make more since later ,I'm late see if I can find some pic I'm going show pic throttle body on the ends fittings.1 pic woodland stator ,bottom left see connections right of throttle body.Ams solinoids see connections on them self locking how do I change them to nitrous line.I hope this make sense Lot more stuff like 08 cluster bracket to fit on the 04.I try go more detail other thing I have to haul ass...I try to clean this up put some punctuation in there.Im so worn out I try get to this tommorow.I havnt had chance to look at the link but I will soon as I get some sleep I have to rest up.I can't finish this.

..................,,Real big hold is the headers i need to put turbo on motor and have to see if I have to move the low oil pan oil inlet for turbo and have to make charge pipe and modify pentinum inlet turn the wrong way.Not to mention I need all this because he has my turbo to for template.I need make sure Going clear radiator and high enough for gravity feed.mske sure not to close to wheel but he know all this I'm sure he will get the fitman part he doesn't know about the other mods I have to do well I think I mentioned to him so I hope it Get done soon see what final cost going be.$500/$600 but I have another header with spigots big pipes knock $150 for that.I hope it don't go much higher .He got slow down because moving and other things.I won't say when I sent them but he hell welder good fabricator long he does good job I'm good.

Ok I guess I should do little catch up I had headers custom made.I made deal with steadman about cut radiator Supposed be here this week to get done this week.So I can finish mock up how everything fits.I can then finally pull motor out.Start cleaning everything Take in the house pull 04 harness out put 08 in then I have to hook all electronic ams1000,pc5,auto tune,wego3 and plumbing for turbo and fuel system trying decide on regulator and if I can get line to run the guage up front most I seen mounted on regulator.Im going put ans lines braided the whole fuel system I have external high volume pump but not be strong enough so I need find strong hp pump stronger than mine if any body have to sale let me know.(I'm sorry I don't know if it okay to ask that if it isn't let me know lll take down like get fuel lab or aeromotive regulator so high. I did put 8" extensions I had to come to terms I will never be able to corner like I use to.I did have to buy spacer 1/2 inch between wastegate had to get longer bolts and port that hole out bigger but it did the job.Now that what your looking at is mock up not the motor that going go in it.

Since you are taking the time& effort switching over to the K7/8 ECU/harness,you should be able to eliminate the PCV/Autotune and tune it 100% through the ECU.

It'll eliminate 2 piggyback systems,cut down on wiring,and reduce some of the draw on your battery.

Just a thought ;)

Waiting this killing me my bike been at welders 4weeks just to make charge tube they have me so far behind like you said Rob I still have to put 08 harness in but they have my bike...Pc 5 and auto tune might be knock off but I have wego 3 I'm putting on for sure.The tune in my standalone is for Lot smaller turbo higher compression motor.So it has to be retune I don't know the dyno guy I have know do the ecu?I just want get the wiring done and I have to to figure out to run all the lines solinoids for Ams 1000.Im getting all the fuel lines made braided steel aeromotive regulator.I change up on arms this goes 6-12. I will have two chains .Just Lot work but I need my bike back ???????
