I will start, I see we have a sticky for this, but it has not been updated.

I am a dumbass, dropped my bike whne I was parking it and scratched the fairings. So I am going to plastic the plastics, clean them up and rattle can them. I also want to switch the shifting (shift pattern I want now is pressing down to upshift, there is a sticky I was reading about this). Other than that, clean out some of the parts and clean the bike. Thats it, whos next

Well, My tach has not read any RPMs in the last two rides, but I will need to re-wire anyways, with My Dyna 2000, & New Dynatek 2.2 Ohm coils & wires...(Still waiting on them , they should be here any day now...) I have to send out my drilled rotors to be black powdercoated, buy my new pads front & rear.

The new windshield will suit my bike a lot better than the Titanium coloured one.

Still have to see what I am going to do about the mirrors... They are just too small for me, I can t see if I have cops following me...lol...

I was thinking of retrofitting the 06 OEMs , but they have 42mm center to center mounting studs, and ours are 32mm... Oh well, we ll see...

Need to buy a set of 0.85kg racetech front springs, and gold valve.
As I will re-do my front forks for a third time... Hopefully the last time...

Maybe some HIDs, for a cool conversion like DJ did... Not sure yet...

Some spools, and will also change the stupid ¨L¨ bracket set up on my rear stand...

Strip her down, and buff that polish to a shine...

I m sure got some more stuff....

what I'm doing..

Installing cosworth 1202 pistons/jug :biggrin
Installing Busa Rods.
Installing .95g Racetech springs.
transfering old parts to new engine case.
installing 750 subframe/swingarm.
repainting all plastics, powdercoating virtually everything else.
Installing fork bearings
Installing Avon viper sport tires
Installing new crank/rod bearings ( only item not owned yet.)
possible installing HID unit depending on how well freddy's how to is
installing custom gsxr 1000 gauge plate.
install ape stud/bolts and nuts??
re-adjust lockup clutch argh..
install NEW 530 17/40 sprockets or 17/46 depending on transmission.
attempting to create acrylic/plexiglass headlight cover/plate instead of glass.
Clean/debur head, polish exhaust ports.
Install 40mm carb boots.
Rejet carbs once again.. ( probably have to find something larger than 200's.)
Re-adjust rear shock height/front forks.
Steal freddy's dyna2000 setup. ( hey my birthdays in few days)
Lighten bike/brackets etc best i can.
Stant radiator mod.
maybe a DIY water injection
Install holeshot ignition cut-out again.
maybe bandit left/right controls.
visit some guy i know with a 2k4 1k.
I'm sure theres a bunch more things I fogot.
hell may as well add a 30 shot...
I wonder what kinda hp I'll be getting...

p.s. Freddy that the new shield you just got? can you even see out of it? damn wish it would fit mine.. lol

oh hell no.. I mean a bored out/resleaved jug, with pistons/rings/pins
for a price of 95% of the je1146 piston kit alone..

I saved approx 250$ for 4 sleeves and another 250$ for boring ( atleast.)
and thats locally done.
