i just baught a 2002 gsxr 750 and i wanted to check the airfilter. i removed the screws and somthing is still holding the top of the airbox in place. could someone tell me how to remove this?

i think there are 2 on each side of the box and 1 in the center for a total of 7 screws... if you have unscrewed all seven then someone mayhav glued it down or something..

Just recheck all the way around the filter box lid, I'd say you over looked one.
Surly no one would glue it shut....

You should have removed 10 Screws.
Well you have to remove them. most of the will sit in the hole, as long as you get them unthreaded from the bottom air box.
