Is the 91' GsXr 750 frame better than the GsXr 11 ¿?
I don't know if there is any difference between both, but each time a see a GsXR 11 it seems to me a little bit longer, heavier, and less balanced than a 750. Is that possible ¿?

I've been reading on the forum, and seen that a lot of people change the swingarm of the 11 to swap in the one from the 750. Much more good looking this one than the 1100 (specially from 94' on...).

Also are very common gsxr's 7/11. I don't know these bikes but, wouldn't the 1100 engine be more balanced on its chasis than on the 750 chasis ¿?¿?

Could you differenciate the 1100 frame from the 750 at the first view¿?
Is just the swingarm the only difference on lenght ¿?
Is better a GsXr 7/11 than the 1100 ¿?¿?
Is there life after death ¿? :chucks

bye n.n

yes there is life after death ?? and no you can't take your bike with you, ha!
i've just been reading an old article on WERA racing in the US -4 bikes compared one with a 750 frame -1:29.6 .1100 frame 1:29.3 1100 frame with 750 swingarm 1:29.5
at willow springs in 1992 on 1991 bikes
THE 750 FRAMED BIKE IS NOTED AS being small light and rigid perfect for the 170 hp engine

The 1100 frame is taller, and the swingarm is about 1 1/2" to 2" longer than the 750. I've heard that a 750 arm on a 1100 make the bike more nibble and handle a little better, I just stuffed a 1127 (1260)motor in a 88 750 it was tight but it fit.
My bike is an 88 750 with a stock 1052 (1100) with 750 gearing ,I love the power and handling but will be putting 750 motor back in this winter mainly because I spent a ton on a new paint job and want the fairings to fit right and I need the motor for a new project.
I like the feel of the 750 for my size and I think it looks better, so if you want to go fast 7/11 is the wat to go!

750 is 7lbs lighter. Steering head angles are the same. Frame is slightly taller for the 1100 (that is where the 7-11 valve adjust troubles come from).
750 Swingarm is 1.5" shorter. 88-89 750 swingarms are amost 2" shorter (gives a bad headshake on the track) do not race a 88-89 without a damper!

I must be the oddball. I raced without a dampner on my '89....but there again my 225+ lb backside probably settled things down.
