Cleaned up the entire motor and wiring harness today. While at it removed the PAIR (2.5 lbs of junk). Replaced the plugs and filter. Went ahead and did the air box mod.

While at it, cut the plastic trunk off in prep for the Sharkskinz SBK tail.

Once the Nitron shock arrives, I will remove the swingarm to clean it up and replace the bearings.

New Ti nuts and bolts arrived for the shock, links, and joint today.

find a piece of hardwood, tap to unlock it and spin em off

I tried that and a castle nut spanner. Applied heat too. It’s on their plenty good.

I found the required sockets on Titan Classics out of the UK.

Cleaned up the cluster and buffed out the plastic. Installed a NOS carbon fiber tach cover.

Cool fairing stay. Looks like billet mounting points.

Left hand switches came in too.

Do these swingarm pivots come off or are they part of the frame?

If so, what size socket is this?

Swingarm was filthy. I also cleaned up the shock clevis, knuckle, and chain guard.

New Ti nuts and bolts for the rear suspension along with shorter dog bones to raise the rear.

Clean up the best I could. New Ti hardware and lift spools.

Cleaned up the radiator. Looks like new inside.

Added Ti bolts and carbon fiber cap.
