My bike died on me the other day, I've had it for about a month and it's always been a little quirky ( flickering dash lights, dead spot when taking off in first)
Anyway. When the bike died I had a buddy come help me to get it boosted and we checked the battery with a multimeter, it showed 12v with the bike off and 12.8 with it running around 4000rpm. Is this a stator or regulator problem? And could it be my first gear dead spot problem too? Or is that something entirely different?
