I believe those came stock with a #115 main, but if you are going to run pod filters, that will change your airflow and the stock jets may not give you the best performance.
Maybe one of the guys here with more experience can advise too?

Non-Cali models did come with #115 mains, Cali models had #110s in 1/4 and 112.5s in 2/3. regardless, you'll need to go bigger with pods. Lots of folks have run UNIs, but seems like folks running pods have always had more trouble getting carbs dialed in.

building an 1100 engine, water cooled, rounding up bearing information, and here's what I have
crank is perfect
rods have bearings with a green color code, visible paint
all 6 main bearings are a white color code on them, visible paint
case code is AAB AAA
