$10,000cdn right? It would have to be totally flawless without even a hint of a mosquito's ass on the headlights. There is a guy here in town with one still in the crate
and he told me he'd be thrilled to get more than $9,000us for it.
I paid $2,800us for mine about 3 years ago...granted mine needed some rehab for the motor, tires, brakes and clutch and it had 20,000 miles on it. My body work is flawless too.
As others have pointed out it shouldn't have an alloy tank...get a fridge magnet out and double check. There were only 1,400 of the total 2,400 imported to North America...so there aren't that many left these days. But it is hardly collectible yet...maybe in 10 or 15 years.
If you bought it as an investment, you're going to have to wait a while...
