there's some 600 wheels / tyres on ebay at the mo to replace my mangled ones.

now i'm sure the front will go straight in.

but does the back require spacers to line both sprockets up ??

before someone says it, 5 1/2 inch not 6, but i like the idea of going to the 180 section tyre of the 600.

oh, another thing, can the other uk users not outbid me please

i switched my rear rim on my 99 750 to that of a 600 with no prob. the hub is the same size as the 750 just the rim itself is smaller

got outbidded on ebay straight away.

but the std rear sets etc are holding up

i've emailed the loot guy and made an offer of 150 notes for the whhels and radiator

if he tells me to piss off then i'll go up to 200

but in the bike mart, a company is offering to realign both my wheels to better than new for 57 notes each. not bad, cuz they are only dented and not cracked.

we will see....
