Hello guys. I am new to this fourm and to bikes in general but I'm not new to cars or wiring.
Story is I bought a 01-03 600 powered micro sprint car a few months ago. It needed alot of work. It did start and run but the wiring was a mess so I decided to redo it. Well I've been dealing with a cranking no start condition for 2 weeks now.
I think I've read every post on here and alot of other bikes sites about no starts. Problem is most of the wiring on this car is hacked to hell. No cluster so I cant read codes and a bunch of sketchy sensor by passes.
That led me to by pass clutch switch via a relay. ( the stock clutch wiring is all gone)
I have a 68 OHM resistor in the Tip Over Sensor. TOS plug gone too.
The GPS has a TRE on it but I dont know if the ecu knows it's in neutral since I dont have a cluster.
I have the 100 Ohm resistor in the ignition wire.
I rang out every wire with a multimeter to all engine sensors. They were all good.
Question 1 is should i have 12v or ground on the blue GPS wire? I've tried to follow the wiring diagram but the car no longer has a factory fuse box with diodes for the side stand relay. So basically I just have the blue wire coming from the GPS to the ecu and a branch off of that but I'm not sure whether to ground it or put 12v to it.
Question 2 is when I first re did the harness I didnt know I needed the 100 Ohm resistor. I just applied IGN voltage. Maybe I fried the ECU?
Ecm is not grounding the fuel pump relay black yellow wire so there is no fuel or ignition going to the engine. Engine will crank over. Secondary throttle is working too.
I'm at my wit's end with this so you guys are my last resort. Thanks you so much to anyone that can help.
