2017 GSXR 1000 Exhaust swap

Hey guys!
I'm looking at replacing my exhaust on my 2017 GSXR 1000 due to some damage from a crash. The bike was dyno tuned with a Akrapovic exhaust, I'm looking at replacing it with a yoshimura I have in my garage.
Can I just do a simple swap or would I need to re-tune the bike?
If any, what are the downsides of not retuning the bike?

Sell the yoshimura and buy the akra again, would be a option.
Any idea if I can get a repair kit for the Akrapovic the exhaust?
You should be able to send the muffler to the company and they can re-shell the muffler for you. I am not sure if you can buy the kit to do it yourself.

Is it the S-S10SO13-CUBT Akra? If so, see the link below :)

I can't find the link on their website for the repair service, but what I did find is this if you are somewhat mechanically able. Akrapovic Muffler Sleeve Repair Kit Suzuki Ref: P-RKS124RC35, Motardinn and http://resmark.se/690e/acrapovic_repair.pdf
Swapping full system to full system I would think the tune would be close enough. Swapping mufflers only would be even more minimal.

If the header is being changed you should but can get away with it.

If it’s just the muffler you don’t need to.
