Hey everyone, this is my first time posting a discussion so I will try my best to explain the situation as best as I can. Please help me find a solution!

The bike was running good until I stopped for gas. Bike would not turn over.
Put the key to “ON” position
Kill switch on, oil pump primes
Go to hit the start button, with the clutch in and then nothing. No clicking noise (kickstand was down and in neutral)

I know for certain the battery (new) is good. I’ve checked the voltage after I got it push started and it reads around 12.3v. I’ve replaced the stator and rectifier with OEM parts last month. I think the starter relay is good still. Replaced the 30a fuse in it.

For full disclosure, I have dropped the bike on the clutch lever side pretty hard once.. maybe thinking the clutch lever sensor might be damaged because of it. Or if anyone has any other ideas about what’s going on, I would greatly appreciate your input!

Tilt switch. I would put money on it. It’s located around the rear brake light under the fairing. You can remove the sensor and replace it with 2 x 150ohm resistors to check if that’s the problem.
Try the dealer switch mod, i think it throws a c23 code but could be wrong.
Best of luck.

I will definitely check the tilt switch and see if that is the culprit. Update coming soon...

so here is the update. I decided to do a dealer mode and see if any codes popped up. The code C23 came up which is the tilt over sensor. I will order a new sensor this week. Do you think this will solve the issue of the bike not starting up? And in what circumstances do tilt sensors stop working? I don’t do wheelies or stunts

I believe this will fix the error no problems. The tilt switch is triggered when a bike falls over on its side. Wheelies do not effect it. (To my knowledge).
I had an issue starting my 06 600 track bike and this was the issue. I soldered 2x150ohm resistors onto mine as a temporary measure. This however means that if my bike falls while running it will not cut out and could suck up gravel, rev to limiter while over and starved of oil etc etc.
