hey guys,
i have a problem with my bike and that is why i am in here lol.
when i had a bone stock bike i never had any problems with it im an aggresive rider love roll racing.
after i got my bike flash/tune and on e85 on different map my bike been running like sh*t.
ran fine for about a week or two and then the problems started. My fuel pump went out. so i replaced it with a quantum fuel pump. after that day or two after started bogging and sputtering after 11k rpm. took it to get it fixed so the injectors got cleaned up, then after would bogg after 5k rpm. long story short, switched out; plugs, coil, throttle bodies, fuel pump, fuel pump regulator, cleaned injectors like 3 times (replaced injectors with injector rails twice), the whole fuel pump assembly, cleaned out the air filter and air box, made sure not to have any kinked lines.

bike runs good but when full throttle it bogs and when released a bit it goes. im running on ideas what could be wrong with it. any of yall can help me out with some tips or advices would greatly appreciate it. oh and by the way is not throwing any f1 codes. i have my healtech by passed thru the app. when i have it on and full throttle it shows "c24 c25 c26 c27" which is the igniton codes. but like i said when is bypass no codes.

This reeks of a clogged fuel filter. The real/main filter not the strainer. Do the fuel pump flow test as described in the service manual. The Quantum pump motor was probably a step backwards. It's harder to do but the ultimate test is to rig up a pressure gauge to the fuel line so that you can see what the pressure is when it's bogging.

We cleaned fuel filter and the whole assembly plastic that holds the pump and no luck then replaced it with it another fuel pump from another bike that we had here and still does the same thing. i have not yet done a fuel pump flow test. will get to do that shortly.

Have you removed the EXCV?

"switched out; plugs, ...fuel pump regulator"
That's possible but not easy. Please elaborate.

You could also measure the fuel pressure while you're doing the flow test. It doesn't tell much but might be informative, given what you've done.

That could be your problem. Disconnect the cables to the valve and use wire to make sure it stays open. It's spring loaded to open but the wire removes any doubt. Beware of putting any torque on the EXCVA "nut". See the service manual. It ought to be possible to disconnect the cables at the EXCV without doing anything else. If you're careful, you should be able to avoid the three page adjustment procedure. You'll get a C46 error but that's acceptable here.

any way you can go back to stock mapping and everything to where it was before you modded it?
Worked on it just now turn the e85 map off put my stock ecu back on, replace air filter and have it on a stock brand new pump and regulator super unleaded gas and still bogged full throttle at 7-8k rpm and when release to 50-75% throttle it runs fine

Done that too good fuel pressure new pumps new screen regulator filters all of it new with clean injectors....replacing crank shaft sensor at the moment hoping that could play a factor on why is doing it

A bad CKP will shut the bike down. I wonder is this has something to do with the secondary throttle. You should be able to see it fully open when the igniton is turned on.

It fully opens just fine
-new things I did was change crankshaft sensor airbox temp sensor and tps. Made sure the tps was lined up straight to where it should be. And still same issue.

I have full throttle at any gear but when it hits 8k rpm it bogs down...

If I don't have full throttle on it and just Rev up high when riding
1st gear 11k rpm then bogs
2nd gear 10k rpm then bogs
3rd gear 9k rpm then bogs
4th 5th and 6th bogs at 8k rpm

To expand on that and "I just checked on that and I stand corrected they been removed already", if the line to the ECM that cancels the EXCVA error wasn't properly sealed, the contacts associated with the associated connector could be corroded. They include those to the ignition coils and injectors. Unplug the connectors and inspect for corrosion.

Well checked for corrosion and even cleaned it out nd problem still there. Would yall think the stator would play factor on it also?

Have you checked if the throttle position sensor is in the right position 🤔
