Soo one day i went to start my bike and it sounded finny. Like it was running 3 cylinders. I tested power/continuity/ ohms on everyting that has to so with the coils, spark plugs, etc. Ive also compression tested the "dead" cylinder. But when you max wrist the bike its almost like they all kick on all of a sudden. I have no idea wjat it culd be. It ran perfect for like 4 months, and just all of a sudden it runns like ass and is lgging at low rpm and then just jumps to power, wil still go all the way threw each gear and everything. Just bogs alittle in first. Any help would be greatly appreciated before i throw 2500 at a new engine.

Maybe throttle possition sensors, cranks speed, idfk.....lol

Fuel filter, valve clearances, spark plugs, Fuel, Air cleaner, Injector..........
Fuel is coming in steady, spark plugs are new. and valves are within spec for an 05 1000. The filter is brand new and swappingbthe injectors around dosnt seem to change the cylinder its dead on. If you sit on the bike, the farthest right. Ive swapped injectors around , i changed plugs around and coils. It seems like the rings are warn out but the compression test read 210 across the board. So im kinda stumped

You weren't clear in you original post but I now gather that you've identified the #4 cylinder as the one that's giving you the problem. Furthermore you have a new spark plug, at least in that cylinder, and compression is good. I hope the plug is correct for the bike. Finally this seems to be a problem at low RPM. It's OK at elevated RPMs.

How did you identify which cylinder was acting up?

It seems to me that there's a primary fuel delivery problem. I would have expected that swapping the primary injectors around would have caused the problem cylinder to move. You could also try swapping the primary and secondary injectors for that cylinder but swapping between cylinders sounds better. But if not, it points at the wiring. Measure the voltage at the Y/R lead to the #4 primary injector. Also remove the grey ECM connector and look for corrosion. Finally look for damage to the harness between the injector and the ECM.

Is your PAIR system still installed? How about the EXCV system?
The correct plug gapped to .030.
And no damage to wire harness that i can see, and ill disconnect greay loom from bicke and check connector. And to be completely honest i havnt gotten a clear awnser on what the pair valve delete is or dose. Nor do i know what the excv is. I do appreciate the help guys
