Could 2012 gsxr 1000 motor be put into 04 frame?

I have a 2004 gsxr 1000 and just as of late purchased a decent utilized motor from a 2005 gsxr 1000. Has anybody done this trade previously? Is there any mods I would need to do or is it an immediate jolt on? I thought I've seen this previously however I can't discover anything about it. I have everything with the motor, throttle bodies, ecu, wiring saddle, radiator. Principle reason I'm doing this is on the grounds that my motor is shot and I think I got it on this motor. Any information would be extraordinary much obliged.
