Hey guys and girls

so i just stripped down my front end to do a fork oil change and change my headstem bearings however while bleeding the damping rods ive noticed that one fork feels like it has a much stiffer spring has anyone else come across this before? i cant work out if its a fatigued spring or if maybe this has had a fork replaced before and one had been resprung prior - oils looks way different too one was pretty clean other looked aweful - soft one is the bad looking one

Kinda sounds to me like one of the fork tubes was swapped out. There should be numbers printed on the top of the springs and they should match if the spring rate is the same.
