Here are some pics of my K2
I've had it for over 10 years now, so I have "updated" it a little bit this winter, better to do that than to buy a newer .. ;) I love my K2!

Very nice sullik.

Twelve year old K2 looks bitchin' for a blu/wht, especially with all those nice Swedish and Italian bits.:thumbup

Is the odometer disconnected? :scratch

1732 km = 1076 miles. :sad

Thank you! :)
No, but I've switched instrument, in the winter I switched to a newly built 1070 engine, then I switched instrument also
The bike have run 40,000 kms and it is about 25,000 miles, all fairing was clear coated when they were new, so it has held up pretty nice :)

Yes stock rotors, I've had trouble deciding on which wheels I want .. but I guess I've made up my mind now .. Marchesini Genesi M7RS
But I want them in white, and it's a special order .. 8-10 weeks to wait .. but either way new rotors with new rims .. ;)

Hi Sullik,
Extremely nice bike you have!!!
Just a question:
Does it makes sense to change the front brakes to brembo and keep the stock brake-discs?
I mean, why not some special discs also?
Did you read my last post??

my k1 1000 I picked up recently! 3600 bucks with 16000 km on it! low k's and needed some tlc... I keep seeking for some stock body work.. mine had some road rash and a few cracked body panels! came with aftermarket telefonica body work and the stock ones too! once I locate a good stock set for not a shit load of money I will buy them! but it looks pretty sick so far!

Damn that's clean!!! wow love the front brakes and the forks! looks awesome!!! must of cost a pretty penny for the upgrades! looks sickkkk
Well .. the price of a new Gixxer 1000 in Norway is approximately: $ 43,000:banghead the value of a sassy K2 Gixxer in Norway is approximately $ 10,000 - $ 12,000 :shifty
So I think that if I spend $ 30,000 on my K2, I am left with, in my eyes, a lot cooler bike than if I switch into a new ... I love my K2:biggrin
