Doing a full rebuild on my 600 srad and thought i might upload my progress on here if anyone is interested to see how it goes, it will be a slow process but enjoyable.
I am no mechanic im just a window cleaner who like to mess about in the garage.
So this is what i started with which you might of seen on here previous.

Heres where we are today and with seized awkward bolts and that on the down pipes, engine bracket and one between the head and cylinders you will see i have had to go about it sort of backwards, but simple wouldnt be fun.

Ps ignore the mess its organised chaos which ill organise tomorrow morning.

Yeah thought i would just take it to bits and build up, seems simple enough 🤣.
My main concern will be the wiring but ill wait till later for that.

Had to grind the bolt off and it still in the engine casing so ill have to drill it out. But as soon and the frame popped free with a few snapped tools it was followed up with a celebratory "aha take that you c##t".
All the sump bolts came free easy enough which is good.
Now the engine is out i can move the engine lift out of the way and have a good sort and a tidy.

Not as yet haven been into the garage for a couple of days, but i think first job is to tidy and organise the garage before i do anything else 🤣

Been in today to have a sort out and tidy, just stripped engine down now comes the slow process of cleaning and inspecting everything and try to remove the siezed bolts on the engine mount. And still yet to part the head, manifold and cylinders

No the one little upside down bolt snapped as i was undoing it so will need drilling 🤦
