if you adjust it and did the clutch mod you shouldnt have any issues... you may have other problems from not doing the correct adjustment to begin with which might have caused your plates and fibers to go bad but from the pics you posted they looked fine

Sanga all you need is a 19mm to take the cap off the clutch cover and you can adjust the lifters easily... just crank the motor but tapping the starter to turn it to the next lifter or put it in gear and pull the clutch lever in and roll the bike back or forward... also you can take the entire cover off without draining the oil, just make sure its on the kickstand but you can take the cap off on a regular bike stand and it wont drain

my clutch is still chattering, but the pins were adjusted out 4-5 turns and they werent even. im guessing that might have contributed to the problem.. i have them all around 2 3/4 to 3 turns out now and im just gonna ride it for a week and see if it gets any better... i really dont wanna replace any more parts...

That was a great write up, JetSpeedz :thumbup

This is the area you are drilling to (note the channels are already there ?),between that face and a shoulder on the drive gear is a smaller version of the two rings that go onto the clutch hub first when loading the plates...fwiw.
One thing of note considering this was a low mile 06 clutch was the wear on the damper spring pockets.
I guess it was a space thing but Suzuki have gone away from the design they used to date with twin steel discs to hold the springs.
On this clutch they run the springs one side direct in the alloy of the basket and the wear is quite severe.
I don't know what is going on in there but it seems 160++HP is causing some protest going by those grooves.

Good to hear... We'll have to make a GDC reunion of it.
