How in the hell can you print this without it cutting of a few inches on the right side. Even if I go to Thread Tools, Show printable version... it stills cuts off much of the right side. Can't get the pdf file to print either. When you open the file, you can't click on the print icon. HELP!!!

aaahhhh... much better. I was beginning to think I was a total moron that couldn't print. Thanks so much for taking the time to put all of this together. Looks like as long as you can read, you can do this mod!!! Very nice work bro. Thanks to everyone else who contributed info for this mod. You guys rock!!!
