So i have an 03 gsxr1000 all stock minus the yoshi pipe i also did a motor swap because i had a bad knock. Anyway I went for a ride about 120 miles round-trip and then i washed bike at home. Next day went out on bike ran choppy no power at high rpm even had blue flames coming out the pipe . Recently i rebuilt the fuel pump and did a fuel filter bypass . Bike was running like a wild animal now i feel like im riding a honda shadow 650 ! Can someone help please im getting almost 375ml of fuel in a 10 sec burst.

clean and dry out all your electrical connectors, pack with dielectric, celan and dry coils, check plugs, the water prolly did something
It still might be fuel pump.
when is the last time you put new plugs in it?
So, If it was running like a "Wild Animal" , why did you feel the need to rebuild the fuel pump ?

and... why did you bypass the fuel filter ?
^ and what exactly does "did a fuel filter bypass" mean?

If you didn't install an online filter to act in place of the original, you might now have clogged injectors.
Brace yourselves, this could be another "One Post Wonder"

I rebuilt the pump and it was running great rite after it would not even idle before I rebuilt the pump

Forgive me I'm a little slow lol,

a) You rebuilt the pump because it would not idle.
b) You rebuilt the pump and it ran great but still would not idle?
c) You rebuilt the fuel pump and it ran great but would not idle unless you bypassed the fuel filter ?
d) You rebuilt the fuel pump, bypassed the fuel filter, fixing the idle and it ran great until you washed it ?
