New Toy issue

I just picked up an 07 gsxr 750. I have owned alot of srads, r1s r6s. The bikes only issue. Fi light is on. Throws c46 code. I know that's the exhaust valve. The problem I am having is. The bike feels under powered. My 01 750 pulls the front end up without any problem in 2nd gear, but my newer 07 750 really struggles. It just doesn't feel like it has the power it should. No real mods on bike. Just a slip on scorpion can. Any ideas why it feels sluggish??
