O ring replacement

I am doing maintenance on my 07 gsxr 600 is sent out the injectors to be cleaned and tested and they provided me with a totally new set of green o-rings my original factory o-rings were brown I was going to order the factory set but they cost $120 so I wanted to use the ones provided but didn’t know if the green would be as good or better then the factory brown ones green = HSN/HNBR saturated Nitrile Brown = VITON the brown are higher temperature then the brown so should I buy factory or just use the green as the shop I use is a marine performance shop ???

Re: O ring replacement

Pay attention to the rubber hardness (durometer) as well as material. I've seen black viton so I don't think that the colors mean everything. Ask the supplier what yours are. A quick look indicates that HNBR will be OK.
