Can't identify rear spool block spacer

Previous owner stretched the bike. Doesn't have the OEM parts and doesn't know what this is. I'm not sure if I'm safe to use these block spacers that don't fit directly into the swingfarm, there's a gap leading me to believe I'd be better off spending the extra $ on safety. I've googled a lot and I've given up trying on my own. Need help!

It's a bit hard to tell just what you have but the second pic looks like a custom stretched swingarm with custom chain adjusters and the third looks like an OEM swingarm with the custom adjusters that don't fit well into the OEM slots. If so, you need to get some adjusters, OEM or quality aftermarket, that fit as least as snugly as the OEM adjusters. You're asking for problems with that much slop.
