750 K8 side stand

Hey

Mine is pointing left far to much, not sure if it's the bracket or the stand that's bent.

I think the 600 K8 to L0 should fit but will any other models and/or years bolt on?

Thanks

Partzilla.com allows you to search and cross reference parts from other models which makes life so much easier.....

Cheers. According to that it's only 08-09 600 and 750.

Wonder if any that aren't the same are better.

I know on the Ducati 749/916 a good upgrade is fitting a 848/1098 stand.

Re: 750 K8 side stand

If your current stand is believed bent, why aren't you just replacing it with one that isn't?

Without looking into it, I assume that the stand is bolted to the frame. Look at the attaching bolt part numbers and see if they're the same for other years. That and the parts fiche drawings might provide some insight about what else might work. Another thing to look at are the aftermarket stands for lowered bikes. They ought to state what they fit beyond yours, which should provide some indication of what can be swapped.

A worn pivot bolt can also effect the stand angle. But it would have to be badly worn to make a big difference.

I'll get a used one off eBay, I was just trying to find out if a GSXR 1000 fitted, or a 05 750, etc.
