front end measurements GSXR 1k 12-16/ 17-18

I'm looking for some front end measurements from a GSXR 1k 12-16 and also 17-18 years.

Measurements:
1. axle diameter
2. Fork tube width
3. Rotor to rotor width
4. Fork diameter upper and lower

This is for a project I'm doing on a 2012 Aprilia RSV4. I'm looking to fit a set of Ohlins R&T forks on my RSV4 but Ohlins doesn't make an R&T for it. The FGRT 802 (GSXR 1k 07-08) work perfectly but are discontinued and no one has any more. I need these measurements to determine if the FGRT 205 or FGRT 224 will work.

Any help is great appreciated.

You might ask Kyle Racing (I think still open though Kyle may be in jail) if they can do something. They converted my K6 1000 forks to Ohlins NIX 30mm using Ducati cartridges, I think FGK210. Pricey but impressive.

Thanks, but I currently have Ohlins FGK2153 30mm NIX carts in the factory Ohlins fork tubes. I'm looking to go to an R&T setup so I can use calipers with 108mm spacing instead of the 100mm spacing the Aprilia forks use.

I think I can across the info I need after I made this post. The Ohlins FGRT 205 are basically the same specs as the older FGRT 802 which I knew would work. The measurements are basically identical except the 210mm is the OEM GSXR distance between fork centers, the Aprilia's are 205mm. 50/55 are the fork diameters, which doesn't matter to me cause IMA will make the triples to any fork diameter with no additional charge!

Yeah, I think DK is in jail till later this year but there are still knowledgeable guys over there running the show while he is incarcerated.

The GSXR 1000 K7-8 have 56-50 fork tube diameter.
The K9-L9 have 55-50mm fork tube diameter.

Suzuki uses a stepped design axle. The portion that goes through the wheel is 25 mm to match the wheel bearings. But I suspect that you're after the larger diameter where the forks clamp onto it and I don't have that (per the seal dimensions, it might be 32 mm).

Yes, thanks I've got that info now.

Yeah, I've confirmed the axle diameter is 25mm and the ohlins forks use 25mm so it matches my RSV4.

I ended up getting ahold of the engineering drawings for the FGRT 205 and they're identical to the FGRT 805 so I bought them. The rest I'll have to work through but it shouldn't be too bad.

Yeah, that's it.....32mm on the big side and 25mm on the small side. I've got the spacer for the axle machined and front end all lined up. I had to make some 20mm caliper spacers to get the calipers in the right spot. Front end is all lined up, just waiting for Fast frank to finish the captive axle setup. It should be done this week.
