Need Serious GSXR-1000 Help

I have a 2002 GSXR 1000. So crazy my expirience.
It started because my kickstand snapped off the housing. The actual bolt hole lip broke. My bike tipped and wouldn’t start.
I read the forums and did everything everyone said. And still nothing. So I got help. And now here I sit.
The bike starts but the mechanic switched the tps. Couldn’t find the right one so he got some from other years I guess and kinda rigged one. Well it fits and stays. Works I guess but now there’s a big stall when I hit the throttle. Similar to the “herky jerk”. And now my clutch activates but not until like 11-12,000 rpm and if you hit the throttle it will go but shoot all the way up without the speed and power it should. Can someone please help me figure this out. I just want my bike back to running like normal. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated

Some used ones on Ebay. The old tps's can be tested I believe.
( Select )the correct one/part on, that site will give you a list of other years, models cc that use the same part #. maybe find a price you like better.

Yes, buy the correct parts for your bike and find a better mechanic.

Suzuki has a sensor on the kickstand that will kill the engine when you put it in gear if the kickstand is down. Check the sensor.
