Jeez that's a lean A/F especially on the dyno, on the road it gets leaner as moving air is forced into the airbox (RAMAIR AFFECT). On the dyno, I would like to see 13.0 to 1 when you datalog on the road I have seen it move to 13.2 to 13.4, Up top looks like your almost at 13.9/13.8. Did your coolant temperatures drop when riding? That is another indication that you're fueled enough. You should see like 5 to 10 degrees different when moving or giving it the beans.
