Erie, PA - couple desperate questions

So I have been trying to find out what I can about the local MCs in the area.
I see we have law enforcement and/or similar types of clubs (aka. Vet MCs and firefighters)
This is however the issue. As far as I can tell the only two clubs left in Erie PA are something called iron coffins, and there may or may not be another called iron wings.

Erie county motorcycle club doesn't count IMO. no offense if you're a member but if you only meet once a month and do a monthly ride you just arent as serious about this as myself and my other associates need to be.

The root of my problem is that I have a few core individuals, and will advertise for a few more down the road (maybe someday many chapters), looking to start a sport bike only 600cc minimum motorcycle club.

And let's cut the crap about how it doesn't matter I should just do what I want. Anyone and everyone knows the repercussions of starting a legit Traditional MC without seeking out the dominant MC in the area, plus its like 60 years of tradition and expected in the community.
If you don't know this much at least then please don't waste my time.

I came here because I need suggestions, do I seek out this iron coffins or do I travel to Cleveland or Pittsburgh and reach out to the hells angels MC ?

Like the biker presence in Erie is there but the MC part of it sucks. finding any kind of information is almost impossible due to the lack of significant presence, and I really don't want our potential members to get their ass kicked the next time HAMCs Cleveland charter comes into Erie lol. (Im sure they are good guys) but the MC world is bout respect and I don't want to step on anyone's toes.

Anyone have any info or suggestions to me before we slap our 3 piece this spring (hopefully)?

The next question is are there any Erie PA residents looking for a potential all sport bike and I mean serious MC.

SEVERAL OF US WILL be doing las Vegas runs maybe every year maybe Florida runs as well.
Mandatory club meetings once a week a manageable monthly membership fee, mandatory club runs up to two times a week.

Yaddi yadddi ya.
Our future name is already set in stone, our image is already set in stone, do not ask what they will be - it could change once the permission meeting has taken place.
Potential officer positions would be available but you will earn them,
All members in at charter signing will be founding fathers.
Core members are currently the only ones with a vote.

So again anyone seriously interested in something that could potentially be bigger than yourself let me know on this post, I'll speak with you.

We aren't really the best site for starting a motorcycle club...

These days just go to meetup.com and start your club there.

Meet up really isn't the best place and what site is good lol?
Most sites suck in general when it comes to meet ups
Now if I wanna know questions on a bike model my questions wouldn't be hard to find lol

I guess it depends on what "region" your in. Work pretty good where I am.

I bet it's hit and miss.

If you're looking to start an actual 3 patch MC, I would definitely consult with any existing MC's. How to do this, I'm not sure but if you start up and patch your members without the existing MC's know about it, once they find out you're most likely in for a heated "turf" discussion.

I'm already versed in the process I've started it already. I'm working on contacting a local MC now. just need a few founders to compliment the founding fathers when I'm ready to ride.
