gixxerboys type 1 fender eliminator review-thumbs up again

Did a review already on the type 2 kit. Here is a picture review on the type 1 kit. I love it. Very clean. Took me about an hour to install and take the other kit off. Looks great, came with all needed. Thumbs up again for gixxerboys. This first pic is before the rest after.

A headlight switch may be in the future as well. I may part with my type 2 kit just not sure yet. Im very pleased with the customer service and fast shipping . Packaged very nicely and even came with a business card. Thumbs up for a clean kit priced fairly.

i'd stop you if i was a cop. That shit is still angled and this is with the viewport practically sitting on the rear tire.

Its legal. The review is for a bad ass kit at a good price. If you would like to have a visible kit check out type 2. Did a review on it as well, it comes with a white light option as well. The tag can also be pushed into a more visible location on this kit as well. Its adjustable. Me personally I don't really care to show off my tag....I don't putt around doing the speed limit....its a gsxr....not a harley.

Now you just need to replace that god awful ugly stock exhaust!

But seriously, you think that plate position is legal? Where can we find info on just how obscured it can be before it is not legal?

At first thought I thougt kits like this were illegal, but its actually not. I have a friend who works as a court reporter and rides a gsxr also and was talking to a chp officer and he said as long as you can read the license plate from the rear it is legal. Then again if the cop wants to really be an ass he can be. Its officers discretion.
