Arrow Residue on black plastics (Removal Help)

Ok guys and gals... Here is another one, I've done some searching on but not sure if I like my results. My black plastics have some sort of white residue on them, it's on the left lower and the tail section. Doing a search I've read some people have used a toothbrush and PB (peanut butter... ) and others used a Mr.Clean magic eraser and some have mentioned the giant red school erasers.. What is everyone's go to for something like this? (Besides I don't know if my dog or my girlfriend would approve of me using our peanut butter up)
