Help. Oil leak behind engine sprocket gsxr 600 k6

my gixxer have a problem-engine oil on chain. Oil leak behind engine sprocket where is the rubber seal around the shaft of front sprocket. Leak just when engine is working. The oil level in engine is always o.k.. It is a small leak of oil.

Anyone know how to fix this oil leak? Which seal or what to buy and how to change it? Pictures, videos? Anyone else has had this problem?

Slack at the midle of the chain was 3cm (1.2 In), now after 500 miles is 4cm (1.57 In). Instructions in manual: 2-3cm (0.8-1.2In). Someone said this problem of oil leak-worn seal is because the drive chain was to tight-low slack, to much pressure on that seal.
