2009 C28, ECU Flash?

i have a c28 code on my 2009 GSXR1000. new throttle bodies and ecm and it still has the code. wiring checks out as well. ITs now been at the dealer for 7 months and they cant figure it out. They even went as far as having the global rep come out and look at it.

anyways wondering if there is any company that can flash the stock ECU to remove he C28 code or the FI light. I will remove the butterfly's if this can be done. anyone know if this can be done?

Find a new dealer. It'd take me 30 minutes to diagnose your issue. I call BS on the "global rep" thing too. If they've replaced the ECM and the throttle body, it must be the wiring harness. A loose connection, or a botched PC install will cause this too.

Last idea I had was to pull the pins out of the harness on the ecu side and tighten up the pin that connect to the ecu

As for the rep, I would agree but thats what I was told
