X-TRE Power Box (GSX-R1000 K9)

I'm currently looking at getting a HealTech X-TRE Power Box for better low end gearing performance and as well changing my current OEM gearing to -1 front and +1 if not +2 in the rear. Anyone have any experiences with the X-TRE Power Box with stock or modified gearing? Thanks!

TREs dont add peak power. only some very minor throttle response and low-mid rpm feel at less than full throttle.

Otherwise, changing gear changes a bike alot. if you have not done it before, espeically on a 1000, then start with either +2, or -1. Both at the same time will make it a dangerous bike if you arent too experienced in 1000s and high accelerative forces. i.e. wheelies and wheelslides are that much more likely. so if you can get caught out pretty bad if your experience isnt up for it.
